Arc30 Studio completed a project in Hampstead, NC, where we helped clients transform their newly purchased home into a spacious and inviting living space. By adding a 225SF addition with a fireplace, we successfully enhanced the layout to provide more room for entertaining while maintaining a sense of separation between the dining and living areas. We also included the layout for a new 420SF pool and fenced-in backyard for their HOA approval. The pool gate was later installed by homeowner to keep animals and small children out of pool area.
