Zora's Seafood

This project included created as-builts and doing a 1580 SF interior renovation and 1000SF exterior planning design. The owner, Dean Neff, owns local hotspot Seabird and had a great vision for this historic seafood market. Zora's is the oldest seafood market in Wilmington and is partnering with UNCW to provide a free fish program to hungry families in need. It was an honor to work with such a great client that wants to give back to his community.
