This design features a full kitchen and bath, lofted bedroom and walk-in-closet, golf simulator room (that seconds as a movie room), and a covered porch in only 612SF footprint! They originally just wanted a small golf simulator shed that could fit a pull out couch with a small kitchenette, but it eventually morphed into a whole DADU with the full kitchen. So fun!
